Nope, it was Joe who went to "school" today.
He began going to an Early Childhood Intervention program where he'll go one day a week for an hour and a half. The developmental and speech therapists who usually come to our house will work with him at the center and he has the opportunity to socialize with other children his age. His therapist said he did a great job today and didn't even cry.
Getting everyone ready and out the door by 8:00 was a challenge. But it was worth it because I was able to go for a walk with the babies and then to the library. I am looking forward to this hour and a half each week where I can get out of the house and be part of the real world, even if I'll still have two 1-year-olds tagging along.
